The general terms and conditions apply by default to all sales and delivery operations carried out through our website www.andorracampers.com
These general terms and conditions regulate the commercial relationship that may arise between Andorra Campers / Distribuciones Claror and the customer or user through the use of the forms appearing on this website. If the two parties agree on terms that deviate in any way from the following, the change will be made in writing and requires the consent of both parties.
These general conditions and the rest of the website are subject to the obligations deriving from the Andorran and Spanish legislation that regulates consumer rights, e-commerce, retail and the protection of personal data.

They are owned by Andorra Campers or third parties who have authorized Andorra Campers for their commercial and/or informational use only. Andorra Campers authorizes the use of this website by Distribucions Claror, a company that invoices for sales made outside of Andorra through this website.
Images, photographs, logos, descriptions and files are used with permission. If you wish to use this website or its content for any purpose, please contact us first to obtain formal permission.
Buying process
The following general conditions apply to the commercial relationship between Andorra Campers / Distribucions Claror and the customer. Customers can be both, natural persons who do not exercise any commercial, business or professional activity. Whether collective or consumer and natural or legal persons (in any form) who establish the commercial relationship with a purpose related to their activity. This can be commercial, business or professional, either for a group or as an individual (entrepreneur).
By clicking the "Send order" button, the business relationship for the goods requested in the "shopping cart" is established and this purchase is confirmed immediately afterward by a confirmation e-mail. As soon as this confirmation has been received by e-mail, a binding purchase-sale business relationship (contract) is established between Andorra Campers / Distribucions Claror and the customer.
If you place the order with the request "delivery to my address" (outside Andorra), you are purchasing from Distribucions Claror SG SLU NIF B25862921, the European subsidiary and property of Andorra Campers.
Once the purchase is made, the user sees the on-screen confirmation and can print it out as proof of purchase. The order confirmation and proof of purchase (printout made by the user) do not count as an invoice. The invoice will be sent by email after the purchase is complete. In addition, this is accessible via the order list in the customer's profile on our website.
Following current regulations, Andorra Campers offers information on all the products for sale, their characteristics and prices.
However, the availability of the products offered by Andorra Campers through its website may vary depending on customer demand. Andorra Campers reserves the right to terminate the contract if the requested product(s) and/or any type of goods is/are unavailable. In this case, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
Likewise, Andorra Campers could terminate the contract if the product was damaged and/or there was an error in its specification, description or price on the web.
The payment(s) made in advance will be refunded as soon as possible, excluding Andorra Campers from any other right of claim.
By contracting with Andorra Campers through its website, the user or customer expressly declares to know, understand and accept these general conditions of contract use. The user is responsible for the identity and password provided when registering as a customer. This should be treated confidentially and responsibly and is not transferable to any third party.
Right of withdrawal
If the customer is a consumer, he has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which the Consumer or a person on his behalf, excluding carriers, has accepted and taken possession of the delivered goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Andorra Campers of his decision to withdraw from this contract using a clear statement (e-mail).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send his declaration of cancellation before the aforementioned deadline has expired.
How the revocation works
Andorra Campers will reimburse the price of the product and the usual shipping costs, which will correspond to the cheapest shipping option we offer, except for the additional costs resulting from a shipping method chosen by the customer that differs from the cheapest standard offered.
The return must be made immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of the cancellation of the contract. The same means of payment that the customer used in the original transaction will be used for the repayment unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Andorra Campers reserves the right to refuse the repayment for goods that can be sent by parcel post until the goods have been returned or the customer has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
ANDORRA CAMPERS WILL NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER OF THE ADDRESS TO WHICH THE RETURNED GOODS SHOULD BE SENT. The customer cannot return the goods without receiving the information about the place to send them, which does not necessarily have to be the same as Andorra Campers' address.
Information before the revocation
Since the customer is responsible for the packaging to ensure the safe transport of the goods, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, it is recommended to keep the original packaging for at least fourteen days, since the goods must arrive in perfect condition.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for the delivery of goods that are made to measure or ordered "customized" by the consumer or that the individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive for the production, e.g. B. Selection of materials, configurations, etc.
Offers
All offers, components and prices published on this website are subject to confirmation. A contract is only concluded with a written order confirmation.

Andorra Campers makes every effort to describe the products on this website as accurately as possible, however, information may vary due to the characteristics of your web browser.
Prices
All prices, unless otherwise stated in the product sheet, are the retail price (RRP) including taxes. The indirect taxes levied on the purchase are those of the country where the goods are collected or received.
Andorra Campers Accesorios reserves the right to make price changes without prior notice for reasons such as changes or increases in price rates from our suppliers, errors or omissions, new taxes or similar circumstances.
Guarantee
The items offered on our site are recommended by major commercial companies and in any case, have the appropriate European guarantee.
Andorra Campers guarantees the quality of the products sold according to the conditions established by the manufacturer in the relative guarantee certificate.
The warranty rights apply from the date of signature with a stamp by our company or the date of the invoice.
Defects caused by negligence, improper use or tampering, improper voltage, an incorrect installation that may not have been carried out by an authorized technical service, or materials subject to wear and tear through normal use are not covered by the warranty.
In the cases that justify the use of the guarantee, the repair, replacement, discount or purchase voucher will be chosen.
The guarantee loses its value:
• If any data on the same or proof of purchase is modified, changed or replaced.
• If both the identification number and the guaranteed device are tampered with or repaired without the knowledge of the authorized technical service.
• If you do not have the invoice, signature or stamp of the institution.
To benefit from the guarantee, the guarantee certificate (if available) must be presented together with the purchase invoice.
Delivery times
Andorra Campers undertakes to do everything possible to process/deliver all orders within the agreements and agreed deadlines.
Delivery times for products that are not in stock are based on individual agreements with each customer.
Products in stock can be delivered immediately.
Products sold to order require variable delivery times between 2 and 52 weeks from the start of production, depending on the type of manufacturer, nationality or level of customization: (upholstery, finishes, materials, etc.)
Delivery times are guidelines and can never be determined exactly to the day.
Andorra Campers is not responsible for changes in delivery times after an order has been placed and/or put into production.
Force majeure
Due to force majeure, production stoppages, strikes, disasters, riots, unavailability of materials or any other factor beyond our control, either at our place of work or at one of our suppliers, Andorra Campers Accesorios reserves the right to make changes before the duration of the agreed term, change its terms, cancel or suspend the sale. Andorra Campers is not liable for any damage that may arise as a result.
Storage
If a customer cannot pick up goods that are ready for dispatch or dispatch immediately, we can store them in our warehouse free of charge for a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
For longer storage, the storage fee is 3% of the invoice amount per month.
Depending on the type, handling, weight or volume of the stored goods, the storage fee can be increased.
Security and confidentiality
To place your orders in our online store or to access certain services, you must register and enter a username and password that will allow you access to all areas that require prior identification, with the advantage that they do not have to be filled out again.
The moment you register on our server or place an order, your details, address, and payment method information is added to our database and stored. These are only used to process the order and to send you information about offers/services that may interest you.
Following the provisions of the Andorran Data Protection Act, as a customer of Andorra Campers, you can at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, installation and opposition or request a password reminder if you have forgotten it, communicate in writing to: Andorra Campers, Av. Place and Choice of Law
These General Terms and Conditions and any equivalent, supplement or revision shall be governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra, without regard to conflict of law principles. In any event, the controversy, lawsuit, or proceeding that may arise in connection with this agreement will be brought before the Mayor's Office of the Principality of Andorra and the parties waive any objection that they may have within their jurisdiction.
Complete Agreement
These Terms and Conditions are the complete statement of the agreement of the parties to the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior agreement between the parties for the subject matter hereof.
To be binding, any addition or modification to this agreement must be made by a written instrument signed by both parties.
