Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a non-binding return within 14 days from the date you received the product. Andorra Campers or the company Distribucions Claror will indicate to the customer to which address he must make the return, which may be different from Andorra Campers or Distribucions Claror. Once we have received the material and confirmed that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount paid according to the payment system used. To request a return it is important that you contact us by email and attach the purchase invoice.
Steps to follow for the return
· Returns must be made in the product's original packaging, with no scratches or damage. If the products are damaged, Andorra Campers or Distribucions Claror reserves the right to cancel the return.
· The customer bears the cost of returning the goods. In the case of delivery against cash on delivery, we do not accept any returns.
· If the product arrives at the address that we have given to the customer, we will arrange the return as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days. The amount of the return includes the material price as well as the shipping costs of the cheapest shipping route without taking special routes such as express or other modalities into account, provided these have been calculated.
Products excluded from the right of return
· Consumables or those that cannot be sold again for hygienic reasons (toilet, etc.)
· Specific orders on customer request.
· Used items.
What to do if my order arrives in poor condition or is defective?
We do everything in our power to ensure products arrive in perfect condition, but if you discover a problem at the time of delivery, refuse delivery. If you identify the problem and notify us within 24 hours, Andorra Campers or Distribucions Claror will be responsible for collecting the defective product and sending you a new or equivalent product. If this item is not available, we will refund the amount paid or exchange it for another model.
Steps to follow:
· You must notify us of the problem within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may need photos.
· It is very important that the returned products are well packaged, if they arrive in poor condition due to inadequate or faulty packaging, we may not be able to accept the return.
· Important: If you receive the product from the transport company and they find an irregularity in the packaging (dents, scratches, holes, etc.), we advise you to refuse the delivery and contact us within the first 24 hours of receipt. After this time, no returns or claims will be accepted, even if the boxes have been opened and the condition of the material is checked later. For this reason, we ask that you open all boxes and check the receipt of goods within the first 24 hours of delivery by the carrier.
